抗日战争遗址的保护与利用--以北碚抗战时期存留的遗址为例

Research on the Protection and Utilisation of Anti-Japanese War Remains--Based on the Remains of Beibei Anti-Japanese War Period

抗战遗址是中国人民宝贵的精神财富,是爱国教育的生动教材,更是民族精神的有力彰显。当前,抗战遗址普遍存在着保护与利用不当的问题,如何科学保护与合理利用抗战遗址是研究的关键。抗战期间国民政府迁至重庆,北碚作为这一时期的文化大后方,保留有诸多抗战遗址。本文以北碚区具有代表性的抗战遗址为研究对象,通过文献研究、田野调查等方法调研抗战遗址的现状、内涵,分析其面临的问题,并从提高认识、建立法规、增加投入等方面提出保护和利用的对策与建议,以期为相关文化遗产保护和利用工作提供参考。

The ruins of the Anti-Japanese War are the precious spiritual wealth of the Chinese people,a vivid textbook for patriotic education,and a powerful demonstration of the national spirit.At present,there is a widespread problem of improper protection and utilisation of the sites of the War of Resistance against Japan.How to scientifically protect and rationally utilise the sites of the War of Resistance against Japan is the key to research.During the Anti-Japanese War,the National government moved to Chongqing,Beibei as the cultural rear of this period,there are many relics of the War of Resistance.In this paper,the current representative sites of the Anti-Japanese War as the research object,through literature research,field research methods such as survey the current situation of the site of the war of resistance against Japan,connotation,analyses its problems,and improve cognition,establish laws and regulations,increase input from aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions of protection and utilisation,working for the related cultural heritage protection and utilisation in order to achieve the purpose of reference.
