工业遗存改造策略研究--以华清学院车间改造设计实践为例

Research on the Reconstruction Strategy of Industrial Relics--A Case of the Workshop Reconstruction Design Practice of Huaqing College

本文研究在工业遗存视角下将旧有工业遗址改建为城市运动场所的可能性。在国家存量更新的大背景下,城市工业遗存具有独特的美学价值,如何通过利用旧有工业遗址改建为城市公共空间来更好地为城市与人民服务值得探讨。本文以西安华清学院车间改造设计为实例,探讨在城市大背景下工业遗址改造策略。笔者从前期策划选址到设计改建全过程参与设计,明确了工业遗存改建大跨空间的设计方法和研究,试图为城市更新大背景下的工业遗存改造提供实际的设计案例参考。

This paper studies the possibility of transforming old industrial sites into urban sports venues from the perspective of industrial remains.Under the background of the renewal of the national inventory,the urban industrial remains have unique aesthetic value.How to use the old industrial sites to be transformed into urban public spaces to better serve the city and the people?This paper takes the workshop renovation design of Xi’an Huaqing College as an example,discusses the transformation strategy of industrial relics in the urban context in the whole process from the initial planning and site selection to the design and reconstruction,and clarifies the design method and research of the large-span space reconstruction of industrial relics,and tries to provide practical design reference for the transformation of industrial remains under the great background of urban renewal.
