This paper explores the methods of ideological and political construction in university physics,condenses ten elements of ideological and political integrated in university physics course,describes how to integrate ideological and political elements in university physics from four aspects:ideological and political elements,ideological and political objectives,implementation methods,knowledge points or links,and gives practical examples.It provides a certain reference value for the implementation of ideological and political education in university physics.
