摘要
设计了一种基于多代理技术的润滑传感系统架构。结合分布式多层控制结构,采用可裁剪的结构形式,构建了两层结构的闭环传感检测系统架构。为了实现支路润滑点定量输出润滑油,将润滑系统网络进行分支处理,各个支路之间通过中间控制器完成调节。设置支路代理进行分布式控制润滑输出量,使各支路润滑输出量统一,实现润滑系统智能控制。利用多代理技术完成润滑传感系统检测架构设计,分布式有利于保护各个支路的任务和数据。运用实验分析了基于多代理技术润滑传感系统架构,解决了普通润滑系统结构输出不稳定的问题。
A lubrication sensor system architecture based on multi⁃agent technology is designed.Combining the distributed multi⁃layer control structure and adopting a tailorable structure,a two⁃layer closed⁃loop sensor detection system architecture is constructed.In order to realize the quantitative output of lubricating oil from the branch lubrication points,the lubrication system network is branched,and each branch is adjusted through the intermediate controller.The branch agent is set to control the lubrication output in a distributed manner,so that the lubrication output of each branch is unified,and intelligent control of the lubrication system is realized.Using multi⁃agent technology to complete the lubrication sensing system detection architecture,distributed is beneficial to protect the tasks and data of each branch.The experimental data is used to analyze the lubrication sensor system architecture based on multi⁃agent technology to solve the problem of unstable output of ordinary lubrication system structure.
