心通颗粒对稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果及对睡眠的影响

The Effect of Xintong Granule on Stable Angina Pectoris and Its Influence on Sleep

目的:探究心通颗粒联合美托洛尔对稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效及对睡眠的影响。方法:选取2020年11月至2021年5月济南市第三人民医院收治的稳定型心绞痛患者92例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。2组患者入院后均立即给予对症治疗措施。对照组患者采用美托洛尔治疗,观察组患者则采用美托洛尔联合心通颗粒治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、睡眠质量以及临床相关指标。结果:治疗后,观察组患者总有效率95.7%,显著高于对照组的80.4%;2组患者睡眠质量较治疗前均有所改善,且观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者心绞痛发作次数和硝酸甘油用量均显著低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心通颗粒联合美托洛尔能够显著提高稳定型心绞痛患者的疗效及睡眠质量,降低心绞痛发作次数,减少硝酸甘油用量,疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective:Explore the effect of Xintong Granules combined with metoprolol on patients with stable angina pectoris and its influence on sleep.Methods:A total of 92 patients with stable angina pectoris were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 46 cases.Both groups of patients were given symptomatic treatment immediately after admission.Patients in the control group were treated with metoprolol on base of the basic treatment,and patients in the observation group were treated with metoprolol combined with Xintong Granules.The clinical efficacy,sleep quality,and changes in clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 95.7%,which was significantly higher than 80.4%in the control group;the sleep quality of the two groups was improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The number of angina pectoris and the dosage of nitroglycerin in the groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xintong Granules combined with metoprolol can significantly improve the efficacy and sleep quality of patients with stable angina pectoris,reduce the number of angina pectoris episodes and the dosage of nitroglycerin.The curative effect is accurate and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
