手术室整体护理对乳腺癌患者手术效果及睡眠质量的影响

The Effect of Holistic Nursing in Operating Room Nursing of Breast Cancer Patients on Surgical Results and Sleep Quality

目的:评估手术室整体护理对乳腺癌患者的手术效果与睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月平原县第一人民医院收治的乳腺癌患者70例作为研究对象,按照抽签法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予整体护理,观察比较2组的护理效果。结果:观察组围术期并发症发生率为2.86%,明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后心理负面情绪与睡眠质量评分比较,观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理在乳腺癌患者手术室护理中效果显著,值得推广应用。

Objective:To implement holistic nursing for breast cancer patients in the operating room,and observe the difference between this measure and conventional nursing on the effect of surgery and sleep quality.Methods:The study was carried out with 70 breast cancer patients,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the computerized random lottery method,and different nursing measures were applied.The difference in nursing effects was observed.Results:The incidence of complications during the perioperative period was significantly lower in the observation group(2.86%)than in the control group(20.00%).The postoperative negative psychological mood and sleep quality scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.There is a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Holistic nursing has a significant effect in the nursing of breast cancer patients in the operating room,with high application value.
