综合护理对高血压脑出血微创术预后与对患者睡眠影响评价

Evaluation of the Influence of Comprehensive Nursing on the Prognosis of Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage on Sleep

目的:探究将综合护理应用于高血压脑出血微创术患者临床护理中的效果,分析其临床应用价值。方法:选取2018年7月至2020年4月菏泽市立医院收治的高血压脑出血微创术患者100例作为研究对象,按照不同用药方式分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者采用常规护理方案,观察组患者则根据患者状况增加综合护理干预,对2组患者的治疗效果以及睡眠时间进行评价分析。结果:观察组患者在治疗完成后的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后入睡时间和睡眠时间明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在开展高血压脑出血微创术患者的护理时,将综合护理方案应用其中,能够提升患者的睡眠质量,使患者的睡眠时间和入睡时间状况得到优化,有助于治疗工作的开展,值得在临床上进行推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing applied to the clinical nursing of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by microtrauma operation,and analyze its clinical application value.Methods:A total of 100 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing minimally invasive surgery admitted to Heze Municipal Hospital from July 2018 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different medication methods,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the conventional nursing plan,and the patients in the observation group were given additional comprehensive nursing intervention according to the patients′conditions.The treatment effect and the sleep time of the two groups of patients were evaluated and analyzed.Results:The overall effective rate of the observation group after the completion of treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the time taken to fall asleep and the sleep length after treatment in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:When applying the nursing process of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage undergoing minimally invasive surgery,the application of comprehensive nursing scheme can improve the sleep quality of patients,optimize the patients′condition of sleep length and time taken to fall asleep and contribute to the development of treatment work.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
