摘要
目的:观察丁苯酞氯化钠注射液在急性脑梗死患者治疗中的应用价值及其对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至12月蚌埠市第三人民医院急诊内科收治的急性脑梗死患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者给予复方丹参注射液治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗,比较2组患者治疗后的效果,并采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组的睡眠质量改善情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组PSQI评分明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞氯化钠注射液应用于急性脑梗死患者的治疗中,有助于改善患者睡眠质量,能够提高治疗效果。
Objective:To observe the application value of butylphthalide sodium chloride injection in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction and its effect on the sleep quality of patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Emergency of the Third People′s Hospital of Bengbu from January to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Compound Danshen Injection,on the basis of the control group the observation group was treated with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection.The effect of treatment was compared between the two groups,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the improvement of sleep quality between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of butylphthalide sodium chloride injection in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve the sleep quality of patients and the therapeutic effect.
