硝普钠治疗冠心病合并心力衰竭的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响

Application Effect of Sodium Nitroprusside in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Heart Failure and Its Effect on Improving Sleep Quality of Patients

目的:探讨酚妥拉明与硝普钠在冠心病合并心力衰竭急诊治疗中的应用效果及其对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年10月至2020年10月蚌埠市第三人民院急诊科收治的冠心病合并心力衰竭患者70例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。观察组患者采用硝普钠治疗,对照组患者采用酚妥拉明治疗。比较2组患者的不良反应发生率、左室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末内径(LVESD)值及患者睡眠质量改善情况。结果:观察组患者的不良反应发生率为2.9%,对照组为25.7%,治疗后观察组患者的LVEDD、LVESD等心功能改善情况明显优于对照组,且观察组患者的睡眠质量改善情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在临床对冠心病合并心力衰竭的急诊患者应用硝普钠治疗效果显著,能有效改善患者的心功能,提高睡眠质量,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of phentolamine and sodium nitroprusside in the emergency treatment of coronary heart disease combined with heart failure and their effects on the quality of patients′sleep.Methods:A total of 70 CHD patients with heart failure admitted to the emergency department of The Third People′s Hospital of Bengbu from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the subjects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 35 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with sodium nitroprusside and patients in the control group were treated with phentolamine.The incidence of adverse effects,the number of the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),the level of the left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),and the sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse effects in the observation group was 2.9%,which was significantly lower than the 25.7%in the control group.After the treatment,the levels of LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:The application of sodium nitroprusside in the emergency treatment of coronary heart disease combined with heart failure has a significant clinical effect,and can effectively improve the cardiac function of patients and improve the quality of sleep.It is worth application and promotion.
