艾灸治疗联合低强度有氧运动对维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量及疲倦状况的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Moxibustion Combined with Low Intensity Aerobic Exercise on Sleep Quality and Fatigue of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

摘要 目的:探究艾灸联合低强度有氧运动对维持性血液透析患者睡眠质量及疲倦状况的影响。方法:选取2019年7月至2020年11月恩平市人民医院收治的维持性血液透析患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予低强度有氧运动,观察组给予艾灸联合低强度有氧运动,比较2组患者睡眠质量和疲倦状况。结果:干预后2组的在线尿素清除率(KT/V)和尿素氮移除率(URR)值均高于干预前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);干预后,2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、疲劳量表-14(FS-14)评分低于干预前,且观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合低强度有氧运动可以改善维持性血液透析患者的睡眠质量和疲倦状况。 Objective:To explore the effects of moxibustion combined with low-intensity aerobic exercise on sleep quality and fatigue status of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 100 maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to Enping People′s Hospital from July 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given low-intensity aerobic exercise,and the observation group was given moxibustion combined with low-intensity aerobic exercise.The sleep quality and fatigue status of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the KT/V and URR values of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Ps<0.05);after the intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores and the Fatigue Scale-14(FS-14)score were lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with low intensity aerobic exercise can improve the sleep quality and fatigue status of maintenance hemodialysis patients.
