腹腔镜下不同手术方式对输卵管妊娠患者卵巢储备功能及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Different Laparoscopic Surgical Methods on Ovarian Reserve Function and Sleep Quality in Tubal Pregnancy Patients

目的:探究腹腔镜下不同手术方式对输卵管妊娠患者卵巢储备功能及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年10月茂名市电白区人民医院收治的输卵管妊娠患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予腹腔镜输卵管切除术治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜输卵管保守性手术治疗,通过比较抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)、窦卵泡计数(AFC)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)比较2组患者的卵巢储备功能,同时采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估2组患者的焦虑、抑郁、睡眠状况。结果:手术后,观察组AMH和AFC水平高于对照组,FSH水平和SAS评分、SDS评分、PSQI评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:相较于腹腔镜输卵管切除术,腹腔镜输卵管保守性手术对输卵管妊娠患者的卵巢储备功能和睡眠功能的不良影响更小。

Objective:To investigate the effect of different laparoscopic surgical methods on ovarian reserve function and sleep quality of tubal pregnancy patients.Methods:A total of 80 tubal pregnancy patients admitted to Maoming People′s Hospital in Dianbai District from January 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic salpingectomy,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic conservative fallopian tube surgery.Anti-Mullerian Hormone(AMH),Antral Follicle Count(AFC)and Follicle-Stimulating Hormone(FSH)were used to compare the ovarian reserve function of the two groups.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used to evaluate the anxiety degree,depression degree and sleep status of the 2 groups.Results:After operation,the AMH and AFC levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the FSH level,SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with laparoscopic salpingectomy,laparoscopic conservative fallopian tube surgery has less adverse effects on ovarian reserve function and sleep function in patients with tubal pregnancy.
