脑瘫患儿应用康复护理的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing in Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的:分析对脑瘫患儿应用康复护理的效果。方法:选取2019年7月24日至2020年7月24日福建省泉州市惠安县医院收治的小儿脑瘫患者128例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组64例。对照组接受常规化病情护理,观察组接受针对性康复护理干预。比较分析脑瘫患儿应用康复护理的效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率好于对照组,干预后发育指数更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:于小儿脑瘫患者接受临床治疗过程中落实针对性康复护理干预举措,能够取得满意成效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing on children with cerebral palsy.Methods:A total of 128 children with cerebral palsy admitted to Hui′an County Hospital of Quanzhou City,Fujian Province on July 24,2019 and July 24,2020 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 64 cases in each group.The subjects in the control group received routine illness nursing,and the subjects in the observation group received targeted rehabilitation nursing intervention.To compare and analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing for children with cerebral palsy.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was better than the control group,and the development index was better after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with cerebral palsy,the implementation of targeted rehabilitation nursing intervention measures in the process of clinical treatment can achieve satisfactory results and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
