探讨细节护理预防脑电图检查不良事件及对患儿剥夺睡眠依从性的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究细节护理预防脑电图检查不良事件的效果,以及对患儿剥夺睡眠依从性的影响。方法:选取2019年8月至2020年6月清远市妇幼保健院收治的患儿200例作为研究对象,将2020年1月之前实施细节护理前的患儿作为对照组,将2019年1月至2020年6月实施细节护理后的患儿作为观察组,每组100例。比较2组患儿脑电图伪差、电极松动、电极脱落等不良情况发生率、患儿剥夺睡眠依从性。结果:观察组不良情况总发生率低于对照组,观察组患儿剥夺睡眠依从性高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对于接受脑电图检查的患儿应用细节护理,可明显减少脑电图伪差情况,并避免发生电极松动、电极脱落,且有助于提高患儿剥夺睡眠依从性。 Objective:To investigate the effect of detail nursing on the prevention of adverse events in electroencephalogram(EEG)examination and its effect on children′s sleep deprivation compliance.Methods:A total of 200 cases of children admitted to our hospital since August 2019 were selected,and 100 cases of children before the implementation of detailed nursing before January 2020 were selected as the control group,and 100 cases of children after the implementation of detailed nursing from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group,The incidence of EEG artifact,electrode loosening,electrode falling off and sleep deprivation compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of electroencephalogram artifact,electrode loosening and electrode falling off in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The sleep deprivation compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of detailed nursing for the children receiving EEG examination can significantly reduce the occurrence of EEG artifacts,and avoid adverse phenomena such as electrode loosening and electrode falling off.and help to improve the sleep deprivation compliance of children.
