全面护理在皮肤软组织扩张术修复烧伤后瘢痕中的应用效果及对睡眠的影响

The Clinical Effect and Comprehensive Nursing of Skin and Soft Tissue Expansion for Repairing Burn Scars and Its Influence on Sleep

目的:研究使用皮肤软组织扩张术修复烧伤后瘢痕的效果及护理措施对睡眠的影响。方法:选取2018年12月至2019年12月联勤保障部队第909医院收治的使用皮肤软组织扩张术修复烧伤后瘢痕患者42例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组21例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用全面护理,比较2组患者瘢痕愈合情况,术后外观、功能满意度和睡眠质量。结果:观察组的瘢痕愈合率、外观和功能满意度、睡眠质量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对采用皮肤软组织扩张术修复烧伤后瘢痕患者采用全面护理,可有效改善瘢痕愈合的情况,提高其术后外观及功能的满意度及睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of using skin soft tissue expansion to repair scars after burns and the effect of nursing measures on sleep.Methods:A total of 42 patients in 909th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Forces who used skin soft tissue expansion to repair post-burn scars were taken as the research subjects.The period was from December 2018 to December 2019.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group.There were 21 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group and comprehensive nursing was used in the observation group.Compare the scar healing,postoperative appearance and functional satisfaction,and sleep quality of the two groups.Results:The scar healing rate,appearance and functional satisfaction,and sleep quality of the observation group were better than those of the control group(Ps<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion:Comprehensive care for patients with post-burn scars repaired by skin soft tissue expansion can effectively improve the healing of scars,and improves postoperative appearance and function satisfaction and sleep quality.
