Objective:To investigate the effect of whole-course management combined with Positive Airway Pressure(PAP)on sleep quality in patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:A total of 72 patients with OSAHSadmitted to the Fourth People′s Hospital of Foshan in Nanhai District from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method, with 36 patients in each group. The control group was given positive airway pressure ventilation, and the observation group was given whole-course management combined with positive airway pressure ventilation. The changes of blood Oxygen Saturation(SaO_(2))and Heart Rate(HR)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was also used to compare the sleep quality of the 2 groups. Results:After intervention, the SaO_(2) level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the HR level was lower than that of the control group, and the PSQI score was significantly lower than that of the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Whole-course management combined with positive airway pressure ventilation can help patients improve respiratory circulation and sleep quality, which is worth promoting.
