稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者睡眠质量与血清Scd40L水平、肺通气指标的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Sleep Quality with Serum Scd40L Level and Pulmonary Ventilation Index in Patients with Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的:探究稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者睡眠质量与血清可溶性CD40配体(Scd40L)水平、肺通气指标的相关性。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年6月广州市白云区第二人民医院收治的稳定期COPD患者53例作为观察组研究对象,健康体检者53例作为对照组研究对象,分析睡眠质量与血清Scd40L、肺通气指标的相关性。结果:患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总分与血清Scd40L呈正相关,与肺通气指标用力肺活量(FVC)、用力呼出50%肺活量时的呼气流速(FEF_(50))、第1秒用力呼气容的百分比(FEV1%)呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:经分析,稳定期COPD患者血清Scd40L升高会影响睡眠质量,降低肺通气功能,影响疾病预后,需加强重视。

Objective:To explore the correlation between sleep quality and serum soluble CD40 ligand(Scd40L)levels and pulmonary ventilation indexes in stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients.Methods:There are 53 cases of stable COPD patients admitted to Baiyun District Second People′s Hospital in Guangzhou from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 53 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The relevance of sleep quality,serum Scd40L and lung ventilation indicators were analyzed.Results:The total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was positively correlated with serum Scd40L,and negatively correlated with pulmonary ventilation indexes forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory flow 50%(FEF_(50)),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The increase of serum Scd40L in stable COPD patients can affect sleep quality,reduce pulmonary ventilation function,and affect the prognosis of the disease,which should be paid more attention.
