摘要
基于对一起水电站厂外6 kV厂用电跳闸事故分析,根据保护配置以及一次设备接线特点,针对厂用电所处环境较差,尤其厂外的野外区域,设备易老化、小动物经常出没,易导致厂用电系统接地短路故障,提出了一套故障识别、分析、应急处置的参考方法,既可以简化处理流程,又可以减少人员误处置风险,有效提升厂用电稳定性,保障安全生产。
A tripping accident of the 6 kV auxiliary power outside a hydropower station is analyzed.Considering the protection configuration and the wiring characteristics of primary equipment,possible causes of the accident are determined.It shows that the operation environment of the auxiliary power is adverse.Especially in the wild area outside the station,the equipment is easy to ageing and small animals emerge frequently,which may cause the grounding short circuit fault of the auxiliary power system.Then,a set of methods for fault identification,analysis and emergency treatment are proposed,which can not only simplify the treatment process,but also reduce the mishandling risk,effectively improve the stability of the auxiliary power and ensure the safe production of the station.
