某500 kV大型变压器冷却器改造的计算与分析

摘要 结合某500 kV大型变压器强迫油循环水冷改强迫油循环风冷的案例,校核了更换风冷却器后的变压器油和绕组温升,计算了冷却系统管路压力损失,通过变压器试运行验证了变压器温升核算结果。计算并验证了大型变压器强迫油循环水冷改风冷的可行性。 The forced oil circulation water cooler in a 500 kV large transformer is renovated to forced oil circulation air cooler.The temperature rises of the transformer oil and the windings after the renovation are checked.The pressure loss of the cooling system pipeline is calculated.The calculation results are verified by the trial operation test of the transformer.The feasibility of the renovation of the forced oil circulation water cooler to air cooler for large transformer is proved.
