摘要
跨座式单轨交通轨道梁桥设计中,为解决墩梁布置定位、连续刚构桩基础快速计算、桥梁布置图纸绘制、桥梁工程数量统计等问题,采用基于线路左线、右线和虚拟中线进行桥墩、轨道梁定位的算法,以解决墩梁布置定位问题;采用预估初始桩长迭代试算的方法替代手工计算,以解决连续刚构桩基础批量计算问题;采用单基点定位多参数控制的方法替代手工绘制,以解决变高连续结构立面图绘制问题;采用工程量编码连接工程数量数据库和Excel表格的方法进行工程数量的快速检索及汇总计算,以替代人工汇总统计。依托上述方法,基于AutoCAD软件进行轨道梁桥布置计算绘图一体化设计软件开发。该软件应用于芜湖市轨道交通1号线、2号线工程设计中,解决了连续刚构轨道桥梁总体设计中布置、计算、绘图效率不高等问题,为跨座式轨道交通连续刚构轨道梁桥智能化设计提供了有效的软件支撑。
For the design of straddle monorail bridges,there were difficulties including track beam bridge layout,pile foundation calculation,beam drawing and engineering quantity calculation.To solve the problems,the bridge layout method based on the virtual center line was used to solve the problem of pier and beam placement;the iterative trial plie length calculation method was used for batch pilelength calculation of continuous rigid frame bridge;multi-parameter and base point were adopted to draw variable height continuous beam;quantity codes was used to connect the project quantity database and the Excel table for calculation of the project quantity.Base on above methods,using AutoCAD as secondary development platform,the straddle type monorail girder bridge design program was developed.The program is an effective tool for straddle type monorail girder bridge design and has been applied during the design of Wuhu rail transit Line 1 and 2 projects.
