跨座式单轨连续刚构轨道梁截面形式比选研究

摘要 跨座式单轨作为一种经济实用、环境友好的中运量轨道交通系统,逐渐成为城市轨道交通多元化协调发展的重要选择。结合跨座式单轨轨道梁设计施工经验及连续刚构体系轨道梁的受力特点,以3×30 m连续刚构轨道梁桥为例,建立轨道梁-桥墩-基础一体化空间结构模型,分析连续刚构体系轨道梁采用实心截面的技术可行性,并对比实心截面和空心截面工程数量的差异。研究表明:采用实心截面后,各项设计指标均能满足规范要求;与空心截面相比,采用实心截面后,成桥阶段轨道梁跨中竖向位移减小75%;对3×30 m跨度而言,采用实心截面使轨道梁混凝土方量增加19%,普通钢筋数量减少19%;采用实心截面后,每双线联轨道梁工程造价降低约1万元,且有助于提高轨道梁混凝土的施工质量。 As an economical,practical and environment friendly medium carrying-capacity rail transit,the straddle monorail plays an important role for mass transit in a diversified and coordinated development pattern.In this paper,based on some experience in construction of hollow section track beams and stress characteristics of continuous track beam,taking a 3×30 m continuous track beam as example,a simulation model was established for the track beam-pier-foundation integrated spatial structure.The technical feasibility of solid section for the continuous track beam was analyzed.The influence of solid section on the project quantity was explored.Result shows that various index for solid-section continuous track beam can meet standard requirements and the vertical displacement of track beam was reduced by 75%.For a bridge with span of 3×30 m,the concrete quantity increases 19%and the amount of reinforcing steels decreases 19%with solidsection.The project cost is slightly reduced by 10000 Yuan per joint with pair of lines and the construction quality of concrete improves as well.
