不同烈度区钢-混凝土组合高架独柱车站经济性分析 被引量:1

摘要 城市轨道交通高架车站结构形式较多,独柱式大悬臂高架车站因其结构整体性好、占地少、空间利用率高等优势被广泛应用。目前,国内轨道交通高架独柱车站较多采用钢筋混凝土结构,而对钢-混组合高架独柱车站研究较少。通过总结在建跨座式单轨制式中钢-混组合高架独柱车站设计的结构设计标准和原则,分析不同烈度区的构件尺寸和工程造价,统计分析影响高架独柱车站工程造价的关键因素。研究表明,各设防烈度下,上部结构的钢材占总工程造价的50%以上;在7度区(0.10g)及以下烈度区,优化钢结构和组合结构尺寸,可显著降低工程造价;在7度区(0.15g)及以上烈度区,需综合优化整体结构方可有效降低工程造价。 There are different structure types for urban rail transit elevated station.The single column elevated station with large cantilever has widely gained attention in domestic rail transit elevated lines because of its advantages,such as structural integrity,less land occupation and efficient space utilization,etc.There are few cases of elevated stations with single column in domestic rail transit lines,and most of them are reinforced concrete structures,however,the same type of structure made of the steel-reinforced concrete composite structure is relatively rare.This paper summarized the structural design standards and principles of elevated stations with single column made of steel-reinforced concrete composite structures in the straddle type monorail lines,analyzed the component size and construction cost,derived the key factors affecting the construction cost.The result shows that the steel accounts of the subsurface structure more than 50%of the total project cost in different seismic intensity area.In seismic intensity of 7 degree zone(0.10g)and below,the optimized steel accounts of the subsurface structure can significantly reduce the project cost.In seismic intensity of 7 degree zone(0.15g)and above,the overall structure should be optimized comprehensively to achieve the goal of reducing the project cost.
