摘要 车辆段是跨座式单轨交通工程的重要组成部分,优化车辆段布置对节约用地、优化运营组织、提升设计质量和设计效率具有重要意义。通过分析跨座式单轨车辆的修程修制、检修工作量以及检修工艺流程,以确定车辆基地的规模和初始布置;根据车辆基地平面设计原则,综合单轨车辆及其道岔类型、跨座式单轨特性,以优化内部运营组织、节省工程投资及节约用地;通过分析以运用库为中心、检修库为重点、其他库跟随、牵出线为中转的图形特征,检修线“朝八晚六”和运用线“早出晚归及早晚高峰集中发”的运营特征,以研究车辆段平面布置具体方案。综上,总结出方案设计的“六步原则”(即出入线先行、线群位置调整、道岔数计算、线群划分、道岔摆放和路径指引),得到方案检查的面、线、点三原则,采用优化结构、优选组合的大改措施和平移、旋转、收缩的小改措施。并应用于芜湖城市轨道交通1号线和2号线一期设计,验证该优化方案的可行性和有效性。 The depot is an important part of Straddle monorail engineering.Optimizing the layout of the depot is of great significance to save land,optimize operation organization,improve design quality and design efficiency.Firstly,the scale and initial layout of depot were determined by analyzing the inspection and repair schedules,overhaul workload,and overhaul process of straddle-type monorail vehicles.Secondly,it is necessary to optimize the internal operation organization,save project investment and save land according to the plane design principle of depot.By integrating the types of monorail vehicles and turnouts,the characteristics of straddle-type monorail vehicles were proposed.Thirdly,in order to determine the specific plan of the rolling stock depot layout,principles which taking the application depot as the center,focusing on the service shop,and then considering other depots and the shunting neck lines as the transfer were presented.Besides,the operation characteristics of“eight in the morning and six in the evening”of the maintenance line and“early departure and late return and concentrated departure in the morning and evening peak”of the operation line were proposed.In summary,optimization including the“six-step principle”of the plan designthe entry and exit line first,the adjustment of the track group position,the number of turnouts calculation,the track group division,the placement of the turnouts and the path guidance,were summarized.The plane,track and point of the plan inspection were obtained.Finally,the method was applied to the first-phase design of Wuhu urban rail transit line 1 and line 2 to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the optimized scheme.
