摘要
采用不同类型CYMEL?甲醚化三聚氰胺甲醛树脂作为交联剂,假塑性丙烯酸乳液、聚酯丙烯酸聚氨酯分散体做主体树脂,研制了用于轮毂漆中涂的水性铝粉漆。探讨了氨基类型、氨基用量、烘烤条件等对漆膜耐酸/碱性、重涂性、耐水/耐湿热性、耐盐雾性、流平性、耐溶剂性、不粘着性等性能影响。结果表明,氨基类型不同,性能侧重点也会有所差异。在满足轮毂漆性能的前提下,按照自身性能要求选用适合的氨基树脂。
A waterborne aluminite powder paint was developed for wheel primer with different types of CYMEL?methylated amino resins as cross-linking agents,and pseudoplastic acrylic emulsion and polyester acrylic polyurethane dispersion as binder.The influences of amino type,dosage and baking conditions on the properties of the film such as acid/alkaline resistance,recoating,water/humidity resistance,salt spray resistance,leveling property,solvent resistance and print resistance were discussed.The results show that different types of amino have different performance emphasis,which can basically meet the requirements of hub paint,and suitable amino resin can be selected according to the focus of attention.
