摘要
目的:本文研究了0.05%苄索氯铵+30%乙醇复配消毒剂对细菌及真菌的杀菌效果,验证该复配消毒剂的有效性,用以应用于洁净车间人手、设备、地面、墙面消毒。方法:采用悬液定量杀菌方法和载体浸泡定量杀菌方法,选择枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、黑曲霉、白色念珠菌为试验菌种进行杀菌效果试验。结果:0.05%苄索氯铵+30%乙醇复配消毒剂对细菌和真菌的杀菌率对数值均>3.50。结论:通过试验结果及行业内学者的研究结果,发现苄索氯铵+乙醇配合使用有协同杀菌效果,复配可降低单一消毒剂的使用浓度,且对不同细菌及真菌有显著的杀菌效果。
Objective:In this paper,the bactericidal effect of 0.05% ammonium chloride and 30% ethanol compound disinfectant on bacteria and fungi is studied,verify the effectiveness of the compound disinfectant,It is used for disinfection of hands,equipment,floor and wall in clean workshop.Method:The method of suspension quantitative sterilization and vector immersion quantitative sterilization were adopted,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtilis,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Candida albicans,Aspergillus brasiliensis were selected as test strains for bactericidal effect test.Results:The bactericidal rate of 0.05% benzyl chloride+30% ethanol compound disinfectant against bacteria and fungi was>3.50.Conclusion:Through the test results and the results of scholars in the industry,it is found that the combined use of ammonium chloride and ethanol has a co-bactericidal effect,compounding can reduce the concentration of the use of a single disinfectant,and has significant sterilization effect on different bacteria and fungi.
