摘要
玻纤的保留长度对于玻纤增强的热塑性树脂材料的力学强度等性能指标具有明显的影响,本文设计了3套不同剪切强度的螺杆组合,分别用于作玻纤增强ABS的材料。通过观察其玻纤保留长度,研究并分析玻纤保留长度对复合材料力学性能以及线性热膨胀系数的影响。实验发现,玻纤保留长度越长,力学强度越高,冲击强度也越高,线性热膨胀系数降低越多。
The retention length of glass fiber has an obvious effect on the glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin.In this paper,we designed three screw assemblies with different shear strength.By observing the strength length of glass fiber,we studied the effect of retention length of glass fiber on mechanical properties and Coefficient of thermal expansion.It was found that the longer of the glass fiber retention length,the higher the mechanical strength,and the impact strength.Besides the Coefficient of thermal expansion is lowest.
