一款祛痘爽肤水效果评估方法研究

通过对某牌子的祛痘爽肤水进行人体功效评价。选择30名20~40岁的受试者,性别随机,筛选出脸部痤疮等级最小为1级者,所有受试者排除条件需符合《化妆品接触性皮炎诊断标准及处理原则》等,按要求使用样品,最少连续使用一周,每天早晚各使用一次。结果显示,与初始值比较,脸部每次的水分含量变化率均显著性升高,皮肤油脂和经皮水分流失均显著性差异减少,同时,结合图像直观比较,说明了这款祛痘化妆品具有显著的祛痘功效,同时说明此实验可作为人体功效评价化妆品祛痘功效的评价手段。

The human efficacy of acne removing toner of a certain brand was evaluated.Choose 3020~40 subjects,gender random selected facial acne level 1 is minimum level,all subjects were ruled out conditions must be in accordance with the diagnostic criteria and principles of management of contact dermatitis induced by cosmetics,etc.,by requiring the use of samples,at least a week of continuous use,every day in the morning and the use of time.Results showed that compared with the initial value,the face of each water content rate were significantly increased,skin oils and percutaneous moisture loss is less significant difference,at the same time,combined with image intuitive comparison,illustrates the acne cosmetics has significant effect of acne,at the same time shows that this experiment can be used as human efficacy evaluation of cosmetics acne removing effect evaluation method.
