摘要
随着乙烯工业的飞速发展,作为乙烯副产品的C9资源也呈现出了快速增长的趋势。实现乙烯裂解副产C9馏分的综合利用,提升产品的附加值,对提升我国石油化工产业的国际竞争力具有十分重要的意义。本文介绍了国内外裂解C9资源的应用现状,从裂解C9加氢工艺、生产芳烃石油树脂和提取精细化学品及其衍生物等方面详细阐述了裂解C9馏分的深加工技术及进展。文章还对裂解C9产业的发展进行了展望,应根据不同的原料特性,采用分级分质的方法,有针对性地生产高附加值的化学品及其衍生物、高端氢化石油树脂及高品质溶剂油等产品,促进裂解C9资源的综合利用,推动裂解C9资源向精细化、功能化和多元化的高质量发展。
With the rapid development of ethylene industry,the C9 resource,as a by-product of ethylene,also shows a trend of rapid growth.It is of great significance to realize the comprehensive utilization of C9 fraction as a by-product of ethylene cracking and increase the added value of the product to enhance the international competitiveness of China’s petrochemical industry.In this paper,the application status of cracking C9 resources at home and abroad is introduced,and the further processing technology and progress of cracking C9 fractions are described in detail from the aspects of cracking C9 hydrogenation process,production of aromatic petroleum resin and extraction of fine chemicals and their derivatives.The development of the cracking C9 industry is also prospected.According to the characteristics of different raw materials,the method of grading and classification should be adopted to produce high value-added chemicals and their derivatives,high-end hydrogenated petroleum resin and high-quality solvent oil,so as to promote the comprehensive utilization of cracking C9 resources.Promoting the high-quality development of cracking C9 resources to be refined,functional and diversified.
