摘要
对于现阶段有关化工企业新员工岗前安全培训教育中存在的问题,结合行为科学研究成果,从国家、社会、企业对化工企业新员工岗前安全培训教育的需求,到化工企业安全培训的组织、讲师队伍、培训模式等方面对培训教育效果的影响,进行分析;在此基础上,针对这些问题,结合思想行为习惯形成的模式,从"听到、知道、做到"这三个阶段,对当前如何解决这些问题进行了论述。
For the problems existing in the pre job safety training and education of new employees in chemical enterprises at present,combined with the research results of behavioral science,this paper analyzes the influence of the state,society and enterprises on the pre job safety training and education of new employees in chemical enterprises,as well as the safety training organization,lecturer team and training mode of chemical enterprises on the training and education effect;On this basis,in view of these problems,combined with the formation mode of Ideological and behavioral habits,this paper discusses how to solve these problems from the three stages of"hearing,knowing and doing".
