摘要 膜生物反应器(MBR)是一种由膜分离单元与生物处理单元相结合的新型水处理技术,广泛应用于生活污水与工业废水处理,膜污染是制约其发展的关键因素。采用表征手段结合处理工艺及水质情况,分析膜污染组成,对症下药进行清洗。结果表明膜丝存在复合污染,依次氢氧化钠/十二烷基硫酸钠和盐酸强制循环清洗,通量恢复至原膜的80%。 Membrane bioreactor(MBR)is a new type of water treatment technology that combines membrane separation unit and biological treatment unit.It is widely used in domestic sewage and industrial wastewater treatment.Membrane pollution is a key factor restricting its development.Use characterization methods to combine the treatment process and water quality to analyze the composition of membrane fouling and prescribe the right medicine for cleaning.The results showed that membrane filaments had compound pollution,followed by sodium hydroxide/sodium lauryl sulfate and hydrochloric acid for forced circulation cleaning,and flux recovered to 80%of the original membrane.
