摘要
丙烯氨氧化法制丙烯腈是当下丙烯腈生产工艺的主要方法,此工艺中产生废水的装置分别为一、二段急冷管及四效蒸发装置,丙烯腈废水毒性大、有机负荷高、可生化性低,必须进行妥善处理。本文从已有技术出发,总结归纳了部分物理、化学和生物法处理丙烯腈废水及近些年来出现的新型丙烯腈废水处理技术。最后针对当前的丙烯腈废水处理现状提出展望与建议。
The production of acrylonitrile by ammoxidation of propylene is the main method of the current acrylonitrile production process.The devices that produce wastewater in this process are the first and second-stage quenching tubes and the four-effect evaporation device.The acrylonitrile wastewater has high toxicity,high organic load and biodegradability.Low and must be handled properly.Starting from the existing technology,this article summarizes some physical,chemical and biological methods to treat acrylonitrile wastewater and new acrylonitrile wastewater treatment technologies that have emerged in recent years.Finally,prospects and suggestions are put forward for the current status of acrylonitrile wastewater treatment.
