摘要 结合以往对柔性直流换流站小容量盐箱一次性加过多工业盐导致工业盐容易结块的问题解决方案,同时考虑到现场盐密度较高,对现场的设备有较高的耐腐蚀要求,本次探讨几种新的阀冷系统软化装置吸盐系统优化方案。在达到促进盐箱内工业盐充分溶解,防止工业盐结块的目的同时,结合现场实际,使用不同材质,不同原理的装置,根据实际情况做出对比选择,以满足现场实际运行要求。 Combining the previous solution to the problem that the small-capacity salt tank of the flexible DC converter station is added with too much industrial salt at one time,which causes the industrial salt to easily agglomerate.At the same time,considering the high salt density on site,there is a higher corrosion resistance requirement for the on-site equipment,This time we will discuss several new optimization schemes for the salt absorption system of the softening device of the valve cooling system.While achieving the purpose of promoting the full dissolution of industrial salt in the salt tank and preventing industrial salt from agglomerating,combined with the actual situation on site,using devices with different materials and different principles,and making comparison choices based on actual conditions to meet the actual operating requirements of the site.
