浅析常减压装置腐蚀及隐患治理

Analysis on Corrosion and Hidden Danger Treatment of Crude Distillation Unit

常减压装置在炼油加工总流程中具有重要作用,被称之为"龙头"装置。近几年,国内某大型石化炼油企业加工原油劣质化趋势明显,由此引起设备和管道的腐蚀日趋严重,正常运行过程中存在巨大的安全隐患。本文通过该常减压装置存在的腐蚀案例,从腐蚀类型及特点,工艺防腐及设备防腐等方面进行分析,对常减压装置的工艺流程和设备进行优化改造,以消除常减压装置的安全隐患,使其长周期安全稳定生产。

Crude distillation unit,which is called leading units,plays an important role in the overall process of oil refining.In recent years,the quality of crude oil is poor and inferior,which leads to increasingly serious corrosion of equipment and pipelines,and there are huge potential safety hazards in the normal operation process.This article analyzes the corrosion type and characteristics,process corrosion and equipment corrosion in the crude distillation unit,and optimizes the process and equipment to ensure the elimination of the hidden dangers,and make it safe and stable production for a long period.
