摘要 目的:研究使用红外光谱仪快速鉴别白酒用塑料包装材料的方法。方法:利用傅里叶红外光谱法对流通市场中常见的四种白酒用塑料包装材料进行鉴别,通过测定四种材料对红外光的吸收强度,利用红外标准谱图进行对照分析,对被测样品谱图中主要特征峰进行归属,推断四种被测样品的分子结构,从而对四种材料进行定性鉴别。结果:傅里叶红外光谱法可以快速定性鉴别白酒用塑料包装材料,具有鉴别结果准确、所需检品量少、不需要样品前处理、不消耗试样、操作简单、测试速度快、方便快捷等优点。结论:傅里叶红外光谱法是一种快速定性鉴别白酒用塑料包装材料的理想方法。 Objective:To study the rapid differentiation of plastic packaging materials for liquor using infrared spectroscopy.Methods:Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)was used to differentiate four types of common plastic packaging materials for liquor in circulative market.The infrared absorption intensity of the four types of materials was measured.Standard infrared spectrogram was used for comparative analysis.The main characteristic peaks in the spectra of the four tested samples were assigned.The molecular structures of the four tested samples were deduced,so as to qualitatively differentiate the four types of materials.Results:Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was able to quickly differentiate the plastic packaging materials for liquor.This method has many advantages,such as accurate outcomes,little specimen,no need for sample pretreatment,without sample consumption,simple to use,very fast and convenient.Conclusion:FTIR is an ideal method for rapid qualitative differentiation of plastic packaging materials for liquor.
