摘要
分析了GB/T 2449.1—2014中恒温干燥法测定硫磺产品中的水分含量存在的问题和红外干燥法的优势,通过比对试验、精密度试验以及对影响结果准确性的主要因素的考察,结果表明:红外干燥法检测结果与恒温干燥法结果基本一致,大大缩短了检测时间,操作简便,可应用于实际生产中。
The problems existing in the determination of moisture content in sulphur products by constant temperature drying method in GB/T 2449.1-2014 and the advantages of infrared drying method are analyzed.Through comparison test,precision test and investigation of the main factors affecting the accuracy of the results,the results show that the detection results of infrared drying method are basically consistent with those of constant temperature drying method,which greatly shortens the detection time and is simple to operate,it can be applied to practical production.
