有氧运动对痰湿雍盛型青年原发性高血压患者血压节律及生活质量的影响 被引量:13

Influence of aerobic exercise on rhythm of blood pressure and quality of life in young patients with essential hypertension of phlegm-dampness yongsheng type

摘要 目的:研究中等强度有氧运动对痰湿雍盛型青年原发性高血压(EH)患者血压昼夜节律及生活质量(QOL)的影响。方法:90例痰湿雍盛型青年EH患者被随机均分为常规治疗组和有氧运动组(在常规治疗组基础上接受中等强度有氧运动),两组均治疗16周。观察比较两组治疗前、16周后24h平均收缩压(MSBP)、24h平均舒张压(MDBP)、夜间收缩压下降率(nSBPF)、夜间舒张压下降率(nDBPF)、杓型血压比例、36项简易健康调查表(SF-36)生活质量评分、中医症候评分及总有效率。结果:与常规治疗组比较,有氧运动组治疗16周后24hMSBP[(141.22±10.55)mmHg比(133.13±7.38)mmHg]、24hMDBP[(94.53±11.79)mmHg比(86.82±11.34)mmHg]、中医症候评分[(5.18±2.00)分比(3.13±1.60)分]均显著降低,nSBPF[8.81(2.16,15.01)%比17.86(9.06,19.78)%]、nDBPF[9.01(2.52,16.01)%比17.63(9.32,19.89)%]、杓型血压比例(37.78%比60.00%)、SF-36评分[(69.07±6.90)分比(79.11±4.94)分]、总有效率(62.22%比86.67%)均显著升高,P<0.05或<0.01。结论:中等强度有氧运动能显著降低痰湿雍盛青年原发性高血压患者的血压,调整血压节律,提升患者生活质量。 To study influence of medium intensity aerobic exercise on rhythm of blood pressure and quality of life(QOL)in young patients with essential hypertension(EH)of phlegm-dampness Yongsheng(PDYS)type.Methods:A total of 90 young EH patients of PDYS type were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group and aerobic exercise group(received medium intensity aerobic exercise based on routine treatment group),both groups were treated for 16 weeks.The 24h mean systolic blood pressure(MSBP),24h mean diastolic blood pressure(MDBP),nighttime SBP falling(nSBPF),nighttime DBP falling(nDBPF),percentage of dipper blood pressure,scores of medical outcomes study 36-item short-form heath survey(SF-36)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome before and 16 weeks after treatment,and total effective rate were observed and compared between two groups.Results:Compared with routine treatment group on 16 weeks after treatment,there were significant reductions in levels of 24hMSBP[(141.22±10.55)mmHg vs.(133.13±7.38)mmHg],24hMDBP[(94.53±11.79)mmHg vs.(86.82±11.34)mmHg],score of TCM syndrome[(5.18±2.00)scores vs.(3.13±1.60)scores],and significant rise in nSBPF[8.81(2.16,15.01)%vs.17.86(9.06,19.78)%],nDBPF[9.01(2.52,16.01)%vs.17.63(9.32,19.89)%],percentage of dipper blood pressure(37.78%vs.60.00%),SF-36 score[(69.07±6.90)scores vs.(79.11±4.94)scores]and total effective rate(62.22%vs.86.67%)in aerobic exercise group,P<0.05 or<0.01.Conclusion:Medium intensity aerobic exercise can significantly reduce blood pressure,regulate rhythm of blood pressure,improve quality of life in young EH patients of phlegm-dampness Yongsheng type.
