双心护理模式对胆心综合征患者临床症状的影响

Influence of psycho-cardiology nursing model on clinical symptoms in patients with cholecysto-cardiac syndrome

目的:研究双心护理模式对胆心综合征患者临床症状及心电图表现的影响。方法:于我院接受手术治疗的92例冠脉CT血管成像阳性或CT血管成像阴性,但有相应的心电图异常表现的胆心综合征患者被随机均分为常规护理组和双心护理组(在常规护理组基础上接受心理护理)。观察比较两组一般临床资料、术前临床症状发作频率、护理满意度、焦虑自我评定量表(SAS)评分及术后临床症状发作频率、心电图异常发生率。结果:与常规护理组比较,双心护理组术前临床症状发作频率[(0.62±0.06)次/d比(0.35±0.03)次/d]、SAS评分[(73.43±6.64)分比(45.91±6.29)分]及术后心电图异常发生率(17.39%比4.34%)、临床症状发生频率[(0.16±0.02)次/d比(0.11±0.01)次/d]均显著降低,术前护理满意度[(77.45±3.48)分比(96.89±1.87)分]显著升高,P<0.05 or<0.01。结论:双心模式护理可缓解患者术前焦虑情绪,降低临床症状发作频率,同时可降低术后心电图异常发生率,对患者康复有积极意义。

Objective:To study influence of psycho-cardiology nursing model on clinical symptoms in patients with cholecysto-cardiac syndrome.Methods:A total of 92 patients with cholecysto-cardiac syndrome with positive coronary CT angiography or with negative coronary CT angiography but with corresponding ECG abnormal expression undergoing operation were randomly and equally divided into routine nursing group and psycho-cardiology nursing group(received psychological nursing based on routine nursing group).General clinical data,frequency of preoperative clinical symptoms,preoperative nursing satisfaction,preoperative anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)score,frequency of postoperative clinical symptoms and incidence rate of abnormal ECG after operation were observed and compared between two groups.Results:Compared with routine nursing group,there were significant reductions in frequency of preoperative clinical symptoms[(0.62±0.06)times/d vs.(0.35±0.03)times/d],preoperative SAS score[(73.43±6.64)scores vs.(45.91±6.29)scores],incidence rate of abnormal ECG after operation(17.39%vs.4.34%)and frequency of postoperative clinical symptoms[(0.16±0.02)times/d vs.(0.11±0.01)times/d],and significant rise in preoperative nursing satisfaction[(77.45±3.48)scores vs.(96.89±1.87)scores],P<0.05 or<0.01.Conclusion:Psycho-cardiology nursing model can relieve preoperative anxiety in patients,and reduce frequency of clinical symptoms and indigence rate of abnormal ECG.It has positive significance for patient rehabilitation.
