Association between obstructive sleep apnea and cardio-cerebrovascular diseases

已有研究报道伴发病在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)患者中的作用,并且与OSA显著相关的新疾病也越来越多地被报道。一些研究表明,在伴发病患者中使用持续正压通气治疗(CPAP)可能有保护作用。本文综述了有关OSA常见伴发病的最新进展,为OSA及其伴发病提供最佳的治疗方法。

There are researches reporting role of concomitant disease in patients with obstructive sleep apnea(OSA),and more and more new diseases significantly correlated with OSA were reported.Some studies indicate that continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)may possess protective effect in patients with concomitant disease.The present article reviews newest progress of frequent concomitant disease of OSA,and provides optimal therapeutic methods for OSA and its concomitant diseases.
