心肾综合征病理生理机制及治疗研究的进展

Progress of research on pathophysiological mechanism and treatment of cardiorenal syndrome

心肾综合征(CRS)是指当心脏和肾脏中某一器官发生急、慢性功能异常从而导致另一器官急、慢性功能异常的综合征。CRS临床诊治存在其特殊性,其病理生理学机制也较为复杂,本文就CRS病理生理学发病机制,其诊治的特殊性、损伤标记物靶点的进展,作一综述,以期为临床治疗提供新思路。

Cardiorenal syndrome(CRS)refers to a syndrome in which acute or chronic dysfunction occurs in one of heart or kidney,then which results in the other dysfunction occur.Clinical diagnosis and treatment of CRS possesses its particularities,and its pathophysiological mechanism is also more complicated.The present article makes a review on progress of research on pathophysiological mechanism of CRS,its particularity of diagnosis and treatment,damage marker targets,aiming at providing new thinking for clinical treatment.
