摘要
冠状动脉非阻塞性心肌梗死(MINOCA)是一种由多种病因引起的急性心肌梗死但冠脉造影未见闭塞的临床综合征。本文就MINOCA在病因、发病机制、诊断及治疗方面的研究进展作一综述,以期为MINOCA的诊断与治疗提供方向。
Myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries(MINOCA)is a clinical syndrome of acute myocardial infarction caused by multiple causes but no occlusion in coronary angiography.The present article makes a review on research progress of etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of MINOCA,aiming at providing direction for diagnosis and treatment of MINOCA.
