以体带点整体手法联合哺乳护理治疗乳腺淤积

Treatment of galactostasis with body belt point holistic manipulation combined with nursing care

目的探讨以体带点整体手法联合哺乳护理在乳腺淤积产妇中的应用价值。方法选择2019年6月—2020年12月会昌县人民医院收治的乳腺淤积产妇96例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各48例。对照组予以传统手法排奶,观察组采用以体带点整体手法联合哺乳护理,比较2组产妇心理状态、疼痛程度、乳房软硬度及泌乳量。结果干预前,2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、疼痛程度相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分分别为(37.68±4.21)分、(39.35±5.21)分,低于对照组的(45.32±4.77)分、(48.54±5.67)分,疼痛程度轻于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组干预后乳房软硬度优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组产后48 h的泌乳量多于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论以体带点整体手法联合哺乳护理能够改善乳腺淤积产妇焦虑程度,减轻痛感,缓解产后乳汁淤积,增加泌乳量。

Objective To explore the application value of body belt point holistic technique combined with breast-feeding nursing in puerpera with galactostasis.Methods From June 2019 to December 2020,96 cases of puerpera with breast siltation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The control group was given the traditional method of lactation,and the observation group was given the whole body point technique combined with nursing care.Results The psychological state,pain degree,breast hardness and milk yield of the two groups were compared.result Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in SAS,SDS and pain degree between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were(37.68±4.21)and(39.35±5.21)respectively,which were lower than(45.32±4.77)and(48.54±5.67)of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05)After the intervention,the breast hardness of the observation group was better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05);the milk yield of the observation group 48 hours after delivery was more than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The body belt point holistic approach combined with nursing care can improve the anxiety level of pregnant women with galactostasis,reduce pain,relieve postpartum galactostasis,and increase milk production.
