加速康复外科理念指导下护理干预在宫腔镜子宫瘢痕憩室电切术中的应用效果

The application effect of nursing intervention guided by the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in hysteroscopic uterine scar diverticulectomy

目的探讨加速康复外科理念指导下的护理干预在行子宫瘢痕憩室电切术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月—2021年4月于龙川县妇幼保健院择期行宫腔镜电切术治疗的子宫瘢痕憩室患者62例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各31例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施加速康复外科理念指导下的护理干预,2组均随访1个月,对比2组围术期指标、并发症及月经情况。结果观察组手术时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组;观察组并发症发生率为6.45%,低于对照组的25.81%;观察组出院时阴道不规则流血量少于对照组,痛经评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科理念指导下的护理干预在行宫腔镜子宫瘢痕憩室电切术患者中具有较好的应用效果,能够减少术中出血量,减轻阴道不规则流血及痛经情况,同时还可减少术后并发症的发生,促进术后恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention under the guidance of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoing uterine scar diverticulectomy.Methods 62 patients with uterine scar diverticulum who underwent hysteroscopic uterine scar diverticulum resection in our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.Both groups of patients underwent hysteroscopic uterine scar diverticulectomy for treatment.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received nursing intervention under the guidance of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery.Both groups were followed up for 1 month.The perioperative indicators,complications and menstrual conditions were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group;the complication rate of the observation group was 6.45%,which was lower than 25.81%of the control group;the observation group was discharged from the hospital with irregular vaginal bleeding Less than the control group,the dysmenorrhea score was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention under the guidance of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery has a good application effect in patients undergoing hysteroscopic uterine scar diverticulectomy.It can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and ensure the treatment effect,thereby helping to reduce the patient's vagina Irregular bleeding and dysmenorrhea can also reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,promote postoperative recovery,and shorten the hospital stay.
