高血压脑出血偏瘫患者的早期肢体康复训练护理分析

Nursing experience of early limb rehabilitation training for hemiplegia patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的探讨早期肢体康复训练护理在高血压脑出血偏瘫患者中的作用。方法将120例阜新市第二人民医院2015年8月—2018年8月收治的高血压脑出血偏瘫患者随机分组,对照组(常规护理)和观察组(早期肢体康复护理)各60例,对比2组护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度、Fugl-Meyer评分和生活质量评分高于对照组,NIHSS评分和并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期肢体康复训练护理可提高高血压脑出血偏瘫患者满意度,改善肢体功能和神经功能,在防范并发症的同时提高生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the role of early limb rehabilitation training nursing in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia.Methods 120 cases of hemiplegia patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from August 2015 to August 2018 in our hospital were studied,randomly divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(early limb rehabilitation nursing),60 cases each,and the nursing effect was compared.Results Nursing satisfaction,Fugl-Meyer and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,NIHSS score and complications were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early limb rehabilitation training nursing can improve the satisfaction degree,improve limb function and nerve function,and improve the quality of life while preventing complications,which is worth promoting.
