围术期前馈控制护理模式对妇科恶性肿瘤术后并发症的预防效果观察

Perioperative feedforward control nursing mode for prevention of postoperative complications of gynecological malignant tumor

目的分析围术期前馈控制护理模式对妇科恶性肿瘤术后并发症的预防效果。方法将2019年1月—2020年6月在武汉市汉口医院接受治疗的100例妇科恶性肿瘤患者随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(50例),对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用围术期前馈控制护理模式。观察2组在切口愈合情况、术后并发症及护理满意度的差异。结果观察组的总有效率、护理满意度分别为96.0%和92.0%,明显高于对照组的82.0%和76.0%,而总并发症发生率为6.0%,低于对照组的20.0%,差异均显著(P<0.05)。结论围术期前馈控制护理模式对妇科恶性肿瘤术后患者的护理效果显著,可明显降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,具有重要价值。

Objective To analyze the preventive effect of perioperative feedforward control nursing mode on postoperative complications of gynecological malignant tumor.Methods 100 cases of gynecological malignant tumor patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)from January 2019 to June 2020.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention measures,and the observation group was given the perioperative feedforward control nursing mode on the basis of the control group.The differences of wound healing,postoperative complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were 96.0%and 92.0%,which were significantly higher than 82.0%and 76.0%of the control group,while the total complication rate was 6.0%,which was far lower than 20.0%of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of perioperative feedforward control nursing mode on postoperative nursing of gynecological malignant tumor is significant,which can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve nursing satisfaction,which has important value in clinical practice.
