手术室护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者手术指标康复效果和预后的影响

Effect of operating room nursing on operation and rehabilitation indexes and prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的探讨手术室护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者手术、康复指标和预后的影响。方法选取2017年11月—2019年9月在江西省中寰医院行LC的患者78例,按随机数字表法分为2组各39例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用手术室护理,对比2组手术康复指标和预后情况。结果观察组手术时间(46.47±12.62)min、首次排气时间(15.82±3.87)h、住院时间(5.32±1.41)d,短于对照组的(55.29±11.73)min、(19.03±3.34)h、(7.53±1.74)d,术中出血量(34.41±8.56)mL,少于对照组的(43.32±7.19)mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率5.13%,低于对照组的20.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理可有效改善LC患者手术及康复指标,预防并发症,改善预后,值得推广。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing in the operating room on the operation and rehabilitation indexes and prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods Seventy-eight patients with LC who were performed in our hospital from November 2017 to September 2019 were selected and divided into two groups with random number table method,39 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with operating room nursing on the basis of routine nursing,comparing the rehabilitation indexes and prognosis of the two groups.Results The operation time of observation group(46.47±12.62)min,first exhaust time(15.82±3.87)h,hospital stay(5.32±1.41)d were shorter than(55.29±11.73)min,(19.03±3.34)h,(7.53±1.74)d,intraoperative blood loss(34.41±8.56)mL,less than(43.32±7.19)ml in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.13%,Lower than 20.51%of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing in the operating room can effectively improve the operation and rehabilitation indexes of LC patients,prevent complications and improve prognosis,and it is worth applying.
