摘要
介绍了金川集团股份有限公司镍冶炼厂700 kt/a硫酸装置循环水系统存在的问题及解决措施。针对导致凉水塔运行效果差的主要因素,采取新上斜梯波型薄膜淋水填料、逆流式凉水塔专用收水器,整体更换循环水池过滤网和支撑等措施。改造后凉水塔的上下塔温差由原来的4℃升高到10℃,净化工序二级电除雾器出口烟气的温度及水含量指标得到改善,确保了硫酸装置和冶炼系统长周期稳定运行。
The existing problems and solutions of circulating water system in 700 kt/a sulphuric acid plant of Nickel Smelting Plant,Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd.are introduced.In view of the main factors leading to the poor operation effect of the cooling tower,measures such as new upward inclined ladder wave membrane water spraying filler,special water collector for countercurrent cooling tower,and overall replacement of the filter screen and support of the circulating water tank are taken.After the transformation,the temperature difference between the upper and lower towers of the cooling tower increases from 4℃to 10℃,and the temperature and water content of flue gas at outlet of secondary electric defogger in purification process are improved to ensure the long-term stable operation of the sulphuric acid plant and smelting system.
