离子液结晶对硫酸尾气脱硫系统运行的影响分析 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了河南中原黄金冶炼厂有限责任公司1300 kt/a冶炼烟气制酸装置尾气治理工艺及存在问题。尾气治理采用离子液脱硫+臭氧脱硝+碱液喷淋工艺,烟囱外排尾气颗粒物(ρ)小于5 mg/m^(3)、ρ(SO_(2))<50 mg/m^(3)、ρ(NOx)<60 mg/m^(3)。生产中离子液脱硫系统发生结晶堵塞,通过脱硫塔贫液泵补加脱盐水、制酸尾气增湿等措施有效减缓离子液结晶。 The tail gas treatment process and existing problems of 1300 kt/a smelting flue gas acid plant in Henan Zhongyuan Gold Smelter Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The tail gas treatment adopts the process of ionic liquid desulfurization+ozone denitration+alkali liquor spraying,and the mass concentration of particulate matter in the flue gas discharged from the chimney is less than 5 mg/m^(3),ρ(SO_(2))<50 mg/m^(3),ρ(NOx)<60 mg/m^(3).During production,the ionic liquid desulfurization system is blocked by crystallization.The ionic liquid crystallization can be effectively slowed down by adding desalted water to the lean liquid pump of the desulfurization tower and humidifying the acid making tail gas.
