摘要
介绍了云南天安化工有限公司3套硫磺制酸装置配套发电机组运行状况,分析了异步发电机转向试验的安全措施。中压发电机和驱动风机汽轮机出口蒸汽压力0.6 MPa,主要通过减温减压装置降压至0.2 MPa供给磷酸装置浓缩工序生产使用。经设计院测算,可设置3台3.15 MW异步发电机代替传统减温减压装置,将0.6 MPa蒸汽减温减压到0.2 MPa,同时用于发电回收余热。通过异步发电机转向试验,验证了异步发电机代替减温减压装置的可行性,为该节能项目实施提供技术参考。
The operation status of three supporting generator units of sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant in Yunnan Tian’an Chemical Co.,Ltd.is introduced and the safety measures for steering test of asynchronous generator are analyzed.The steam pressure at the outlet of the steam turbine of the medium pressure generator and driving fan is 0.6 MPa,which is mainly depressurized to 0.2 MPa by the temperature and pressure reducing device for production and use in the concentration process of the phosphoric acid unit.According to the calculation of the Design Institute,three 3.15 MW asynchronous generators can be set to replace the traditional temperature and pressure reduction device to reduce the temperature and pressure of 0.6 MPa steam to 0.2 MPa,and used for power generation and waste heat recovery.Through the steering test of asynchronous generator,the feasibility of asynchronous generator replacing temperature and pressure reduction device is verified,which provides technical reference for the implementation of this energy-saving project.
