高职专业与区域产业协调发展测度及区域比较研究

Study on the Measurement and Regional Comparisonof Coordinated Development between Higher Vocational Specialty andRegional Industry

优化专业结构,实现专业与区域产业协调发展是高职教育与区域经济协调发展的关键。基于信息熵理论,构建高职专业与区域产业协调发展的相对熵测度模型,并对全国和31个省份高职专业与区域产业协调发展程度进行测度及区域比较研究发现:我国高职专业与产业协调程度不足且存在区域异质性;东部协调度显著高于中部,三二一产业结构区域协调度显著高于其它产业结构类型。据此,建议以服务国家区域协调发展战略为目标,以东中西部高职教育分类发展为原则,充分发挥区域政府、高职院校、行业企业和社会第三方评价机构等各组织职能功能,促进专业与区域产业协调发展。

Optimizing the specialty structure and realizing the coordinated development of specialty and regional industry is the key to the coordinated developmentof higher vocational education and regional economy.Basedon the information entropy theory,this paper has constructed a relative entropy measurement model for the coordinated development of higher vocational specialties and regional industry,then the coordination degree of 31 provincesin China are measured and compared.It is found that the coordination degree of higher vocational specialties and industry in China is insufficient and has regional heterogeneity,the coordination degreein the east Chinaissignificantly higher than that of the middle China,and the regional coordination degree of the three-two-one industrial structureissignificantly higher than that of other industrial structure types.Accordingly,it issuggested to take serving the regional coordination strategy as the goal and the classified development of higher vocational education in the east,middle and western regions as the principle,give full play to the functions of regional governments,higher vocational colleges,industrial enterprises and social third-party evaluation institutions,so as to promote the coordinated development of specialties and regional industry.
