基于触摸屏和PLC的产品厚度合格率检测系统设计

摘要 针对当前产品厚度合格率检测系统存在的检测精度低、效率不高和人机交互性不足的缺点,系统基于触摸屏和PLC设计了一款产品厚度合格率检测系统。从厚度测量原理、PLC与激光传感器通信报文格式、厚度的计算和变频器控制电路四个方面详细介绍了系统总体设计框图;介绍了PLC程序设计,包括电机变频调速控制程序、PLC发送命令报文程序和PLC处理应答报文程序;基于硬件系统和PLC程序进行了触摸屏界面设计。系统提高了产品厚度的检测精度和检测范围;能对传送带进行精确的调速控制,可以进行在线测量,从而提高了检测效率;触摸屏界面可以简洁方便地对电机速度、产品厚度、产品合格率等信息进行监控,为工业领域提供一种高效、快速的产品厚度、合格率检测方法。 Aiming at the shortcomings of the current product thickness qualification rate detection system,such as low detection accuracy,low efficiency and insufficient human-computer interaction,a product thickness qualification rate detection system based on touch screen and PLC been designed.The article first detailedly introduces the overall design block diagram of the system,from the four aspects of thickness measurement principle,PLC and laser sensor communication message format,thickness calculation and inverter control circuit;then it introduces the PLC program design,including motor frequency conversion speed control program,PLC sending command message program and PLC processing response message program;finally,based on the hardware system and PLC program,the touch screen interface design is designed.The system improves the detection accuracy and detection range of product thickness;it can perform precise speed control on the conveyor belt and can perform online measurement to improve the detection efficiency;the touch screen interface can be simple and convenient for monitoring such information as motor speed,product thickness,product qualification rate,etc.which provides an efficient and rapid method for the detection of product thickness and qualification rate in the industrial field.
