摘要
通过混凝土立方体抗压试验、立方体劈裂拉伸试验、显微硬度、显微结构等方法,研究了低温条件下大掺量磨细矿渣混凝土的力学性能。结果表明,低温能提高大掺量磨细矿渣混凝土的早期抗压强度,且抗压强度随温度的降低而增加;低温也能提高大掺量磨细矿渣混凝土的显微硬度,显微硬度随温度的降低而增加。磨细矿渣能降低硬化水泥浆体中氢氧化钙的含量,提高硬化水泥浆体的密实度,降低孔隙率,从而提高界面强度。
Through using cube resisting compression test,cube cleavage tensile test,micro-hardness and micro-structure,the mechanical properties of ground slag concrete with large dosage under low temperature is studied in this paper.The results show that low temperature can improve the early compressive strength of ground slag concrete with large dosage,and the compressive strength increases with the decrease of the temperature.Low temperature can also improve the micro-hardness of ground slag concrete with large dosage,and micro-hardness getsincreasedwith the decrease of the temperature.Ground slag can reduce the content of calcium hydroxide in hardened cement paste,improve the compactness of hardened cement paste,reduce porosity,and improve the strength of the interface.
